Whether its a quick one we can reply to in a few minutes or something more complicated, we track and follow up in our quoting system. In the factories, it’s all about production, so the job gets done as quickly as possible. We know how important it is to you to deliver your job on time as promised.

We can produce anything from fast turnaround digital flyers to premium digital products, large offset print runs, signage, distribution and promotional marketing. Yes, we’d love you to contact us, and yes, we have a real office where you can talk to real people. We’re not an anonymous teenager working online from their bedroom, or a group of well meaning amateurs setup on an old PC on a kitchen bench . . . we are a group of properly trained professionals who would be pleased to meet with you to discuss your requirements. If you are not quite in the SYDNEY area, as much as we’d like to meet you face to face, don’t worry . . . we have plenty of clients throughout Australia who we’ve never met in the flesh so to speak, but we are still able to satisfy their every requirement.

No, you will not be put in a queue, or have to navigate through a dozen different options . . . just ring the number and a real person will answer . . ok there is an answering machine just in case, but while we’d like to kid ourselves we are really important, we don’t get that many calls we can’t cope with that often.

We respond to all emails personally normally within a few hours, but always within the same day.
